Home lock-up – South-East district
For this new residential build, we were engaged to complete the full framing, lock-up and facade. The goal: a straight, true structure that would make it easy for following trades to move quickly and achieve a high-quality finish.
Our team handled wall, floor and roof framing, coordinated with other trades on site, and brought the home to lock-up with doors, windows and external elements installed and operating correctly.
The result is a solid, weather-tight shell with clean lines, ready for internal fixing, finishes and final handover to the owners.
